You should now see your test offering in GCE Tester, as shown in the example screenshot below.

As an instructor, you will be taken to the correct Test Offering for your class. In Example Screenshot 1, The selected Test Offering "CWV 101, CWV-101-04-24-2025-LTItest-20250505" is highlighted in green, and a small arrow points to it from the right panel to indicate which test offering is being displayed.

In example screenshot 2, we are looking at the specific Test Offering that was opened by clicking the LTI assessment link in Halo. In this Test Offering, we will focus on the "When" option under the Access Restrictions section to adjust the access dates for all students.

The "When" setting defines when users can access the test based on the selected option. By default, this will receive the start date and due date for that assessment from Halo. You can extend the end date here to allow all students in the class additional time to access the test offering.

Once you have changed the end date to add the additional days required, be sure to click the "Save changes" button in the top left of this panel, and you will be all set.

We always recommend using the between [start date] [start time] and [end date] [end time] option. Using the after [start date] [start time] option can interfere with these students taking the same test in the future.

Note: You can also change this option for each student in the "Exceptions" tab.
